About Falah-e-Darain Trust
The
first project of the Trust, "Al-Hasana School" for
deserving girls/children started its successful operation
in October 2001. The school had a modest start with two
students. By the grace of Allah Almighty the Trust has
been able to purchase a building of its own in March
2003, measuring 17.5 marlas with 9 constructed rooms.
Al-Hasana School is now operating successfully in its
own building.
The school was registered with Education
Department as Middle level for Girls on 23rd
June, 2003. The enrolment at the time of this writing is
150
with a 50/50 split of girls and boys.
The
school imparts education of the curriculum laid down by
the government with emphasis on Islamic culture along with
training in computers.
The
Trust provides free education, school uniforms, books,
stationery and other school needs and expects the
enrolment to double in the coming academic year.
The
Trust has no political affinities and no cast, creed,
sectarian and religious bias.
